To maintain legal and regulatory compliance
Some of our core Services are subject to laws andregulations requiring us to collect and use our customers personalidentification information, formal identification information, financialinformation, transaction information, employment information, onlineidentifiers, and/or usage data in certain ways. For example, BitiBond mustidentify and verify customers using our Services in order to comply withanti-money laundering and terrorist financing laws across jurisdictions. Inaddition, we use third-parties to verify customers identity by comparing thepersonal information they have provided against third-party databases andpublic records. The consequences of not processing customers personalinformation for such purposes is the termination of account as we cannotperform the Services in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.

To enforce our terms in our user agreement and other agreements
BitiBond handles very sensitive information, such as ourcustomers identification and financial data, therefore it is very important forus and our customers that we are actively monitoring, investigating, preventingand mitigating any potentially prohibited or illegal activities, enforcing ouragreements with third-parties, and/or violations of our posted user agreementor agreement for other Services. In addition, we may need to collect fees basedon the customer use of our Services. We collect information about our customersaccount usage and closely monitor all interactions with our Services. We mayuse any of our customers personal information collected on our Services forthese purposes. The consequences of not processing a customer personalinformation for such purposes is the termination of the customer account as wecannot perform our Services in accordance with our terms.

To provide BitiBond Services
We process our customers personal information in order toprovide the Services. For example, when you want to exchange Digital Currency,we require certain information such as the customer identification, contactinformation, and payment information. We cannot provide customer with Serviceswithout such information.

To communicate our Services
We send administrative or account-related information toour customers to keep them updated about our Services, inform customers ofrelevant security issues or updates, or provide other transaction-relatedinformation. Without such communications, customers may not be aware ofimportant developments relating to their account that may affect how one canuse our Services.

To provide customer support service
We process our customers personal information when acustomer contacts us to resolve any questions, disputes, collect fees, or totroubleshoot problems. We may process customers information in response toanother customer’s request, as relevant. Without processing customer’s personalinformation for such purposes, we cannot respond to their requests and ensurethe uninterrupted use of the Services.

If we do not process personal information for qualitycontrol purposes, a customer may experience issues on the Services such asinaccurate transaction records or other interruptions. The threat landscape on the internet is constantly evolving, whichmakes it more important than ever that we have accurate and up-to-dateinformation about customers use of our Services. To facilitate corporate acquisitions, mergers, or transactions
We may process any information regarding our customersaccount and use of our Services as is necessary in the context of corporateacquisitions, mergers, or other corporate transactions. Customers have theoption of closing their account if they do not wish to have your personalinformation processed for such purposes.
